This position provides support for departmental functions through general administrative tasks to the Business Optimization Group.
Performs routine duties independently and according to established procedures and practices.
Performs more complex assignments with limited supervision.
Position will manage PACE compliance entry and report generating.
May be asked to analyze reports for management reporting.
Function as a key contact with various outside parties such as customers, suppliers, regulatory agencies, industry trade associations, and the general public.
Additional Job Duties:
Develop & coordinate presentations, prepare reports on spreadsheet applications from various databases and correspondence, and assist with special projects as requested by department manager
Maintain attendance and vacation records, arrange department meetings, and coordinate departmental functions and travel
Assist in preparing expense reports ensuring compliance with corporate policy
Generate and distribute various SAP reports and enter miscellaneous data into SAP as requested; maintain department ProCard and manage the purchases; process monthly statement
Distribute departmental mail, reports, faxes, other materials, and order office supplies
Monitor telephone traffic, answer and respond to telephone calls and inquiries
Maintain and update filing systems including PACE compliance entry and reporting generation
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
Four (4) years of administrative or customer service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Office and SAP experience required
Refinery or chemical facility experience preferred
Valid driver's license
Eligibility Requirements:
The Maritime Transportation Security Act requires all persons who will need unescorted access to a regulated facility to have a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC), issued in accordance with the rules established by the United States Coast Guard and the Transportation Security Administration.
Candidates selected for employment must meet eligibility criteria to obtain a TWIC card.
