A successful applicant will help customers resolve their issues as well as answer questions about products and services.
This position requires a regular schedule, frequent computer and phone use, as well as industry experience.
Responsibilities: * Communicate with members in person and on the phone.
* Receive members' payments.
* Coordinate with other departments on members' issues.
* Meet with members in person to address their concerns.
* Set up appointments and coordinate with other departments.
* Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
* Perform sales and outreach activities for the organization.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.
00 - $19.
