The Comptroller will: Supervise daily functions and resolve problems with all employeesPerform all cash management functions daily with monthly reconciliation of cash accountsLoad bank files and reconcile accounts payable and payroll checks monthlyAct as administrator for the LaCarte travel program which includes extensive knowledge of all travel policies, ensure annual compliance training for all travel card holders, respond to state travel compliance inquiries, act as a delegate for the president to approve certain travel needs, upload monthly charges into Banner for athletic travel, non-athletic travel and purchase cards, and monitor approval of transactions in WORKS Bank of America systemPerform major functions for Asst.
