The Field Service Technician Trainee is responsible for successfully completing comprehensive technician training that will provide a solid foundation to acquire the competence and skill to meet the responsibilities of the Field Service Technician position.
In this role you will:
Learn the methodology, skills, and processes to perform assembly and disassembly, assist with troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, installation, and repairs of the various product lines based on the manufacturer’s specifications.
Receive hands on training from a qualified Field Service Technician to develop a high level of technical competence in all field service job duties.
Be responsible for customer satisfaction on all equipment and services.
As a Field Service Technician Trainee, you must possess:
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
Ability to learn methodology, skills and processes to perform installation, troubleshooting, and calibration on equipment
Ability and knowledge of how to use hand tools and electronic testing equipment
Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record
Ability to multitask
Strong attention to detail
Curiosity and desire to learn
