The _*Regional Market Manager*_ is responsible for providing accurate & competitive flooring estimates to our residential client base; establishing and maintaining a unique customer experience; executing on company standards; and building a positive awareness of our work with our business relationships and the local community.
This leader will direct and partner with the Installation Coordinator, Regional Installation Managers and other team members & sub-contractors to ensure installation quality meets/exceeds customer expectations, is on-time and within budget, and addresses customer service inquiries & questions expeditiously.
*Requirements:*
* Provide accurate & competitive flooring estimates to our residential customer base
* Maintain & foster relationships with our corporate partners by routinely visiting their stores & working with their sales team
* Keen strategic thinking and planning
* Excellent leadership skills, including goal setting, setting key performance goals, motivating, training and mentorship
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening with our team, installation teams and vendor/supplier executive teams
* Commitment to uphold company core values and mission statement at all times, above all else
*Qualifications:*
* 2+ years of flooring experience is a plus!
* Minimum 2 years of general management experience
* Thorough knowledge of all flooring installations (tile, wood, laminate, LVP)
* Must work well in a team environment.
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills with all levels of employees, management, and outside parties including clients, business partners, stores, etc.
* Residential Construction Estimating skills preferred
* Strong computer, technical, analytical and organizational skills
* Must have a valid driver’s license.
* Must be able to pass a background check
* Extensive travel within the region (up to 75% at times)

Pay: $50,000.
