Job Title: Retail Sales Specialist
Summary:
As a Retail Sales Specialist, you play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing the overall customer experience within our retail establishment.
Your primary responsibilities include assisting customers with their Vexus payments, providing product knowledge, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Basic working knowledge of computers, including Microsoft applications, and e-mail.
Familiarity with telecommunications industry and its practices.
Able to operate office equipment usage (i.
e.
, postage machine, copier, fax machine, calculator, printers)
Ability to cope with high levels of stress.
Excellent phone etiquette.
Ability to handle multi tasks while paying attention to detail.
Effective time management skills ability to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
Previous retail sales experience is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Knowledge of the products and services offered by Vexus Fiber.
Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Language Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with co-workers, customers and management.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
