This sales associate will help patients to select the perfect eyeglass frame in both fit and style.
We want them to leave our office seeing and looking their best! Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Warmly greeting incoming patients.
* Engaging with patients and recommending products and services that meet their lifestyle and eye care needs.
* Ensuring high quality/timely product manufacturing/fabrication.
* Helping to maintain and keep our facility clean and tidy.
* Administrative duties including answering telephones, scheduling patient appointments per doctor preferences and transcribing messages for return calls and faxes.
* Helping to maintain proper levels of office supplies.
* Prescreening patients as needed.
