Typical Duties: 1.
Review documentation to ensure loans and processes meet compliance and regulatory standards and comply with FNBD policies and procedures 2.
Input and edit loans in loan documentation system 3.
Prepare early disclosures for all Residential Real Estate loans and send to loan officer/assistant and customers in a timely manner 4.
Ensure that accurate loan closing documents are provided in a timely manner 5.
Review loans to ensure a perfected lien 6.
Completes quality checks of loan checklist, document deficiencies, resolves exceptions with Loan Officers 7.
Performs due diligence to ensure loan documents are provided in accordance to the Loan Approval Memo 8.
Assist the loan officers and assistants in communicating via email and phone call with Attorney’s office/Title Company regarding closings 9.
Maintain notes on new loans in process log 10.
Daily booking and balancing of new and renewed loans 11.
Responsible for processing loan maintenance requests including Change in Terms, Extensions, Loan Reversals, Automatic Transfers, etc.

Processing of Data Pointe payments 13.
Daily review/balancing of GLs as assigned 14.
Impaired Loans maintenance 15.
Add collection letter fees to loans when needed 16.
When necessary, assists with reports and audits in the evaluation of loan operations performance 17.
Complete, process and maintain applicable paperwork and records 18.
Assist customers and Loan Staff by answering questions and responding to requests 19.
Scanning and filing 20.
Assist with training of Loan Staff 21.
Maintains customer confidence by keeping account information confidential 22.
Maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and operational integrity 23.
Adhere to both internal and external audit requirements 24.
Other job-related duties and special duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: - High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) - Minimum of 2 years related banking experience - Knowledge of lending products and procedures - Knowledge of, and the ability to use, current technology proficiently, including a personal computer, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and other technology-based tools - Ability to collaborate with other departments and work alongside co-workers in a t eam environment - Ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality and professionalism - Excellent customer service skills - Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to display professionalism with clients, co-workers, regulators, and the board of directors - Effective time management skills and the ability to work independently and productively in a high volume fast paced environment - Ability to manage time and resources effectively while working on multiple projects simultaneously - Reliable attendance Certifications Required: - None Physical Requirements: Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance: - Maneuvering to and around equipment - Bending, stooping, and reaching - Utilizing keyboard - Monitoring computer screens - May include viewing computer/CCTV monitor(s) and detailed work requiring close vision - Moving or lifting boxes up to 25 pounds - Answering/making phone calls - Communicating with others Work Environment: Work is primarily performed in an office environment with limited privacy and some exposure to background noise and noise from office equipment.
Travel to various branch locations may be required.

Resolves loan documentation issues with lending team collaborating on problem solving and process improvement efforts to maintain and continuously improve loan operations policy, procedure, and performance.
Loan Processors work closely with lending team and compliance personnel regarding rules and regulations affecting the lending activities.
They are responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers and Loan Staff.
Assists branch team in meeting its goals and objectives through effective teamwork and cooperation.
