Seeking any guidance, please read description (Lake Charles)

Anyone out there who can offer any guidance to me, I am alone at 34 years old and a lady who is homeless.
I have a vehicle and I am able to work.
I am actively seeking work, my current living situation is hindering prospective jobs due to the unfortunate results of experiencing homelessness.
Diminishing mental well being, hygiene, loss of self confidence, exhaustion clouding mental clarity, physical and mental presentation.

NOT seeking sympathy or handouts.
Desperate for an opportunity to rebuild my life, but haven’t been successful despite my effort.
