Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Daycare Teacher to join our team.
As a Daycare Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
Your responsibilities will include implementing age-appropriate activities, promoting social and emotional development, and ensuring the well-being of each child in your care.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and promote educational growth
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and explore
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
- Observe and assess each child's development and provide feedback to parents
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and behavior
- Collaborate with other teachers to create a cohesive learning environment
- Manage classroom behavior using effective behavior management techniques
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
- Follow all daycare policies and procedures
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices helpful not necessary
- Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, compassion, and empathy when working with children
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and individual needs
- Experience in special education, childcare, preschool, or related fields is a plus but not required!
